The new FZS 25 is BS6 compliant. (The BS6 emission standard is the sixth repetition of the Bharat Stage Emission Standards instituted by India’s government to regulate the output of air pollutants from compression ignition and spark-ignition engines.)

Design and Colours
The monstrosity comes in three dashing colours named as Patina Green, White Vermillion and Dark Matt Blue. All three of them being appealing to the eye and the Patina Green and Dark Matt Blue have golden wheels, which contrasts with the colours and creates spectators wherever it goes. It has got a Naked Sports Bike design which makes it as light as 154 kilograms only.
The Engine
The engine is an air-cooled 249cc petrol engine that zips through traffic with ease. The FZS being a sports bike, the rider need not worry about being slow or late ever again due to its maximum power produced being 20.8 PS @ 8000 rpm and max torque being 20.1 Nm @ 6000 rpm. It has a five-speed gearbox enabling the riders to reach speeds of 110 kilometres per hour easily while having a top speed of 134 kilometres per hour. It has a powerful engine which provides exceptional torque in all gear levels. The bike can be revved upto 7000rpm in each gear without feeling any engine’s vibrations through the handlebars or seats.
Features
The front negative LED display’s digitalization enables the rider to not worry about anything except what’s ahead of him. Ranging from the digital speedometer to low fuel warning system the bike is equipped with best-in-class features. It has a class D bi-functional LED headlight which helps significantly in lighting up the road ahead. The two-piece saddle seat has been designed to offer near-perfect pelvic support to the rider. It has also got an in-built Side Stand Engine Cut-off Switch that cuts off engine power if the side stand is out. This minimizes the chance of accidents where people forget to pull in their side stands and in curves meet with accidents. It has also got dual-channel ABS (Anti-lock braking system) + front and rear Disc Brake. The ABS ensures that there aren’t any wheel lockups when riding.
